Yesterday the Harbour Bridge was closed to traffic for the day - and given over to pedestrian masses -- to celebrate the 75th anniversary of its opening. The crowds streamed over, and through the city, until quite late in the night. Here is the scene from the arch just before it got dark -- panorama.
