The weekend before last there was a major riot in inner-city Redfern after the death of an aboriginal youth. Yesterday there was a march through the suburb to the site of the death -- panorama - and thence to the local police station to present a series of demands. The march was held at the same time as the youth's funeral in the country town of Walgett. The tower blocks one can see in the panorama are public housing.
